Custom Assessments
These are special versions of NeuraTool that are used by Clients on an ongoing basis, for internal functionality and continuous customer directed Business Intelligence.
Two examples that use the NeuraMetrics Methodology on a continuous basis integral with the Operations Business Processes are:
Supply Chain Risk
One of these custom products is Supply Chain Risk described above as a DRK Research product. This product was developed in conjunction with a world renowned Supply Chain expert who has written several books on the subject. It uses NeuraTool to track the risk in a company’s supply chain. Input, via survey, to the program comes from the supply chain vendors as well as the company’s Supply Chain Managers. The methodology for this product (Drip Intelligence) allows for continuous collection and real time display of the aggregated information. It may be applied in any sencerio where the monitoring of key corporate functionality is required.
The NeuraMetrics Benchmarking Tool
A benchmarking tool which offers dynamic, on line, information to the participants through the use of Drip Intelligence. This tool is designed to help companies measure their practices, policies, and procedures against similar companies or companies outside their industry. This could become a comprehensive resource for both the Industry Association (or owner of the tool) and their members (or clients). It includes an online survey featuring benchmarking and best practice measurements; plus our powerful, easy-to-use tool (NeuraTool™) to help analyze the benchmarking data.
Custom Assessments are available. If there is an area of functionality that is not represented by one of our products, and you would like to have us develop an assessment tool that addresses a specific concern, our Assessment Design Team is available to work with you. We ask that you provide content experts for the function you would like to assess. We will then work with you to develop the Best Practices and a custom assessment tool for you.
